One of our most popular and widely used theories is the "Beach Ball." 

It's use is to help in gaining differing points of view. If you are not familiar with the metaphor, it's explained in the book! Am I subtle or what.

George Carlin makes an observation that eludes it's use since the differing points of view have a single source, "Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?"
